The two speedsters are the only changes to the squad that fell in the final to New Zealand in the first round of the HSBC Sevens World Series in Dubai last December.
Brooke Anderson makes way from the squad that ran out in Dubai while try-scoring machine Emma Tonegato has been forced out of the Sydney leg after an elbow injury at training last week.
Eight members of the Gold Medal-winning squad from the Rio Olympics will run out in Sydney next weekend as Australia look to bounce back after the disappointment in Dubai at the end of last year.
The women will get sole use of the main deck of Allianz Stadium on Friday, with the semi-finals and final to take centre stage in front of what's set to be a sell out crowd on Saturday.
It will also be the first time that Australia’s Golden Girls will play on home soil in a World Rugby sanctioned tournament.
Qantas Australian Women’s Sevens Head Coach Tim Walsh said: “It’s very exciting to play on home soil, to have round two of the World Series at home. We’ve prepared well and the girls are going to be pumped from game one.
“Ellia (Green) is a remarkable healer and she has worked really hard on her rehab which has been outstanding. She’s almost back to full strength in terms of fitness and power. It’s very pleasing to have the fastest woman on the HSBC Sevens World Series coming back into the side.
“Every game we play, we take our opposition very seriously. We're really looking forward to playing Fiji in that last game (on Friday). We seem to play them a lot and they are a great team to play against.
“To finish and cap off Friday against the Flying Fijians will be a great occasion.”
Australia will face Brazil, Ireland and Fiji in Pool B.
